Each Commission is treated as a separate project whether it be a small scheme of limited scope or a large highly complex development. From initial appraisal and assessment we can undertake feasibility review and surveys. Our role can extend to liaison with funding institutions, landlords / other agents and we can act as Coordinators of all legal matters and contractual arrangements.
We can move through the whole project lifecycle tackling Team selection and consultant appointment terms and drive projects forward with the very best teams. Coordinating and managing clients design briefs and proposals, review, then set up and manage change control systems.
We will report on and chair meetings, setting up lines of communications and reporting methodologies to suit the client and facilitate the delivery phase of the construction works through to final handover and operation of the built asset.
Programme management is the co-ordinated delivery of a series of projects and services which share a common objective. It can help to identify risks that affect the programme as a whole, but may not have been identified within individual projects.
